Hi there...I am considering a Presacral Neurectomy also....I see your email is dated 3 years ago, so did you have the procedure? Could you please let me know how you are now? Any side effects both negative and positive? What about sexualy sensation? I have been suffering for many years, even though I have had a total hysterecomy, and I am going crazy with the appalling treatment I am getting from the English Health System.
