It was great to hear that Stef has had success with Mirena! I had Mirena inserted during my last laparoscopy/Hysteroscopy to help with the symptoms and pain of Adenymiosis. It was a last ditch effort to save my uterus as my endo was not responding to potent medications. I have minimal pain (long car trips and post coital still persist) and feel great.
