I think that exercise does help my pain, fatique and lifts my spirits. Yes, there are times when the pain is to bad or I can't do as much due to fatigue. But, exercise is always a good thing if you can. The only thing I have found is to watch out for the abs. If I over due that area I will pay for it. Also, I have problems with nausea and have had to leave the gym because the nausea hits hard! But, I do believe that exercise has helped keep me sane through this and helps keep my body as healthy as it can be. I have two young kids and want to be as active as possible with them. Good luck getting back to the gym. Take it slow and listen to your body!! Ada At Sun, 29 Jul 2007, jillson wrote: >
