Hi Jillson~

I am glad your desire to go to the gym is there after your Feb. surgery. I think going is a perfect outlet for you. Anything vs just letting endo run our lives can only help us re-build a new life inspite of this disease.

When you go, just go slow, in a theraputic mindset being good to yourself and in time you will see how far you can really go. Of course, you don't want to undo all the work they did but adding strength and releasing all that bad energy in us can be very helpful in the long run.

I hope you can reclaim some part of your old self. It sounds like heaven with your dancing and working out and I wish you all the best in finding new ways to do what you used to do. :)

Have a great week!
