Hey Jill I used to be active before my laparatomy in Jan 07. I would go to the gym and I used to dance (mostly hip hop, ballet & lyrical). I know that I always felt better after going to a dance class or going to the gym. I just wouldn't go if I was really in pain. I think for me it help fight fatigue and I had more energy. I would leave feeling better. I think you have the right idea to just take it easy and not over due it. Hope this helps Melissa At Sun, 29 Jul 2007, jillson wrote: >
