Re: To Beth LynnFrom: andrea (anonymous@obgyn.net)Fri Jul 27 16:19:29 2007
Hi Beth, Hysterectomy or Lupron should not even be considered. I had trouble with bleeding non-stop or every other week about 4 years ago and my general practitioner tested my hormones and they were all out of whack! (At 32) You can have hormone imbalance at any age. You probably just have a hormonal imbalance - it causes a lot of problems, but most doctors don't want to test your hormones at a young age, which is stupid! It could be as simple as that to fix you. If your doctor refuses to test them for you, go to someone who will. I can give you a list of doctors who fix hormone imbalance later if you want. Please read my July 7th entry that says "The Cause of Endo" and see if you have any or all of those symptoms. If you do, it means you have too much estrogen in your body and you need more progesterone in your body. If you are on the pill it could even make your estrogen higher. Doctors always underplay how bad the side effects of Lupron are so patients will take it, but it is a terrible, dangerous drug! Here are some links on Lupron, please look at these too. Please feel free to e-mail me if you want to! It will be at the top of this page in blue. Good Luck! Andrea :) http://www.geocities.com/lupronfacts/sideeffects.html
