Hi Becky,

Hope I can help you a bit. I am not sure if theres a link bet endo and BP .But you can control your BP and stay off BP med. if you do particulr breathing exercises. They are practiced in YOGA ,so someone who knows YOGA may be able to help you .There are many different types, these exercises are called "Pranayama" and can be done sitting in ur dining table chair.

My Mother in law has suffered from high BP for many years,and after she started these breathing exercises at home, she has been med free ! It takes her about half hour and she is very regular,I have seen it work for her!

Hoep this helps ,oh btw, i also regularly did these breathing techniques during my pregnancy and it helped me tremendously! Good luck .
