Rachel,

Go to a pelvic pain specialist. They will do a couple tests, get your history and since you've had 3 laps they would most likely give you some decent pain meds. Ultram sucks. It did nothing for me. Advil works better than that junk. Where do you live and who are you going to? Usually a regular gyno won't give you any pain meds. I will try to help you if I can.
