Hi Mary,

Sorry to hear your periods are so rough! I do get dizzy when I get my period, but it's because I usually get a migraine with it and 102º fever as well! It's like having the flu for 3 days. The only thing I can recommend for dizziness is maybe Dramamine, which you get over the counter. I take that sometimes, along with my pain meds and Advil for those 3 days. I don't know of anything herbal that takes dizziness away, though. The only thing herbal over the counter I get is Arnica Montana for inflammation and that keeps my bloating down. I start taking that 3 days before my period, so it will be in my system when I start. Try taking your temp and see if a fever has anything to do with it. Hope this helped a little.
