Hi Kristen, I have been on 2 cycles of Lupron, the second with add-back. The add-back made things fine for me. Without, the hot flashes were bad and I did have some anxiety too. All gone tho with the estrogen and progesterone. Took care of the pain for the most part, for the first 4 months (of six) then was coming back. Was worth it overall, for me anyway. I wish you luck :)
