I too have those symptoms and like mags I wish I could be of more help. I have a horrible pulling/aching pain in my right side(around the right ovary) that sometimes when its worse stretches around to my back. This may sometimes be accompanied by a sciatica like pain in my thigh, right butt cheek and calf. I have had prob with my right ovary sticking to my uterus. I had a lap in 2005 and they were detached and felt better for awhile. Now that right side pain is back with full force. I go into see my specialist in less than a month and am going to demand he check it out and tell me whats wrong. I hope I get some answers and if I do I will def some here and let you know. If you want to leave your e-mail and I get more answers I can let you know. I do see one of the best Endo-specialists in MN so I'm hoping he can help
