Hi there. I'm sorry the whole doctor thing is so frustrating and unhelpful for you right now. My sister and her husband were in Honolulu in the military and they would say how bad the healthcare was. How much longer are you in the military?

My suggestion to you would be to wait, if you can, until you're out so you can see a REAL SPECIALIST, someone you KNOW for sure is experienced and knows what they're doing. I know you are suffering, but it could be worse if you let an in-experienced doctor do surgery on you. I can't believe they are telling you that LUPRON is a great drug!! That is messed up. Are you on any pain meds?

I know it's hard, but if you can feel half way ok just taking pain meds and maybe a few herbal things until you are out of the military, that would probably be the safest thing for you. Do you have access to a big vitamin store where you are? I take Arnica Montana - it is an herbal anti-inflammatory and it works wonders! It comes in pellets you take by mouth and gel that you can rub on too. I had a plastic surgery done on my eyes years ago and I had NO BRUISING or SWELLING, and I bruise & swell very easily. This stuff keeps the inflammation down in your pelvis too. I start taking it 3 days before my period starts, and i don't get all the bloating and swelling that I did.

Here is a link to the Vitamin Shoppe if you want to try this stuff, it's only $5.

I hope your situation gets better and I wish you all the best!
