Hey there,

I am going to give you a couple links to help you out. One is of alternative medicine doctors because it is likely that your regular doctor won't think it is necessary to test your hormone levels if they haven't for all these years! Conventional doctors who I have talked to think that testing your progesterone level is a "useless test". Trust me, it is not!

You can see if any of them are on your insurance, call and speak to a nurse and see if you could have your hormones checked because you are having symptoms of estrogen dominance. Make sure they are knowledgable about hormones and know what day to test you. You have to do it on certain days of your cycle only. Staying on the pill forever is not the answer, but that's what most of OB's tell us. I promise you, if you balance your hormones so many awful symptoms will go away.
