Yes, I did. It was helpful for me, because I had a negative lap with a local obgyn in June 2006 and I was having a lot of trouble getting the HMO doctors to believe she could have missed the endo. He didn't see anything that was obviously endo, but his review made it clear that it was a real possibility and that I'd need another lap to know what what going on. In the end, I opted to wait to change insurance and get out of the HMO entirely, but I'm still glad I did it.

The doctor he is training right now is doing record reviews for free, so you might want to consider having her do it instead! Here's her blogsite: http://endometriosissurgeon.blogspot.com/
