Hi Maggie~
I am not sure if this will help make sense of that but I had similar
bloating for the past 18 months up until my recent surgery. One day it
creeped up on me and my system kept feeling like a sluggish, low
feverish, kind of bloating blahnesss is the best way to describe it.
Some days it got so darn colicky and by the time I had surgery I had to
use milk of mag 2x's a day in the ped. dosage just to get things to
move through that area.
It turns out the colon was bound down in a few places and now that I had
an anterior colon resection the feeling of that has gone away and that
puffiness on that right side is gone. Not sure if this helps but wanted
to share that with you. With this disease it's quite common over time
for these areas to get bound down in the littlest of places.
