I would ask those doctors what they will have you do when you stop the Lupron (it can only be taken 1 year, max) and your periods return, and the pain returns with them. Because that is what usually happens, I'm sorry to say.

I think your doctors probably either missed some endo, or they failed to remove it thoroughly. Please read this post, it explains some of the problems doctors have with surgery: http://forums.obgyn.net/endo/ENDO.0706/0813.html

Natural/herbal remedies can help, but remember you've got a disease in which there is tissue growing in places it shouldn't be, and don't be surprised if they can't do it all.

I think finding an endo excision specialist for a second opinion would be your best plan - there's a link below to the endodocs yahoo group which is a good place to start looking. Your doctors seem to have done all they can for you, but there are some really good specialists out there I believe can help!
