I'm not real sure what else is out there, except bc pills and other meds that are similar to lupron such as danzonal(sp?). But as far as the fatigue thing goes I have started taking vit b12 shots and I think they may be helping. I still have a really rough time getting out of bed, plus I don't normally sleep well but I have noticed a difference throughout my day. I think it kinda varies for ppl, some seem to have it bad, others don't seem to have it at all and still others seem to have bouts of it. I would love to hear any great suggestions people have found to work though b/c it drives me crazy. I'm just getting back into working out but I am finding that I'm having to take it slower b/c it really irritates my hip. good luck.
