Out of the blue, i had an endo attack. I dont know if i popped a cyst or im just ovulating. Im still sore and the pain comes and goes. It still feels very tender the pelvic area. I just pray to god that everything is ok inside and thats its not serious. I dont know whats worse the anxiety or the pain.

I hope everything is ok! I totally understand the anxiety issue too, for me, not knowing is far worse than knowing, at least when you know you may have options of doing something about it. My pain was doing so much better, and like you, all of a sudden it started getting worse again. Yours is different than mine in that my pain has come back the last couple months with the return of heavy periods. My Dr insisted I start on HRT's, I wasn't happy with the ones he wanted me on, but he convinced me to take these to deal with the intense hot flashes, sweats, mood swings, and other symptoms I wasn't managing well. I said yes until he sent me to a specialist that deals in hormones and if I take them we must find a natural source. I started these and took them for 4 months, but my period came back with a vengeance. Now I am having a period every 3 weeks that last for 8-13 days and are so very painful and heavy, I feel like I did in my 20's! I stopped them 3 months ago but still they are not straightening out at all, I feel like I took 10 steps backwards. I don't know if it was the HRT's that brought me back to this place, or whether it is natural to move up and down through this until it is finally the full end of menstruation. Had you noticed a steady reduction since you startted, or is/was yours up and down too? (Besides this issue of course). It really sounds like you did have an ovarian cyst rupture, I hope you are seeing a Dr to have it checked out, I am sure all will be well, but check it out in case it isn't resolving itself. Good luck, I hope everything works out well for you and you find out whats happening. And thanks for answering and your address, I just may take advantage of it in the future. Sara
