IUD inserted...lots of pain, any advice?

I just had a Mirena IUD inserted this morning and am really suffering (it feels like labor, when the hard cramps come I need to breathe through it and want to puke). I had a Mirena years ago before all these pain and endo problems started and had a wonderful experience (i have posted about this when some ladies asked about it). I am wondering if this will not be such a great experience now that I have all this condition. I know that a few ladies here were getting the Mirena to help with their symptoms and wondered if anyone could let me know what their experience is. It definitely did not hurt so bad the first time I got this. Any info would be helpful. I know this is supposed to help me in the long run, but I can't believe I actually did something that is making my pain worse. I hope I didn't make a mistake. I am discouraged and feeling down from the pain.. (i'm totally feeling sorry for myself!!! but at least I realize it...hahahaha) Thanks for your help...
