I"m going to start this off by saying this is not meant to be rude. You have posted the question could I be pregnant so many times and everyone has given you the same answer. To me, it seems like you're not really taking the advice everyone is giving you. The tests aren't that expensive, and stress can make your pain WORSE!. I really think you should take a test to ease your mind. Vasectomy is not 100% birth control. Good Luck and I hope you get some answers soon.
