It sort of sounds like an anxiety attack, except that you don't mention anything about anxiety! I used to get panic/anxiety attacks, and your post struck me as a little odd because one of the most horrible things about having an attack is the overwhelming feeling that I'm about to die or some other really bad thing is about to happen - it's a terrifying experience. (of course I realize not everyone wants to share that - it can feel like you're going crazy!) There's often a feeling of being in a big bubble, disconnected or somehow unreal - but fatigue is also not really typical of an anxiety attack. Could it be low blood sugar? I know I have a similar reaction when I don't eat enough...

I think it would be a good idea to talk to your doctor about this!
