I am going to Dr. John Dulemba in Denton TX for endo surgery in July or August. He is the first one I have found who has the experience, knowledge and open mind that I have been looking for. He believes in conventional as well as alternative medicine as well as pain management. He and Dr. Alan Johns are supposed to be the best in TX, but I went to Dr. Johns and thought he was a jerk and did not offer me any real options. Dr. Dulemba's office number is (940) 387-6248. Maybe his nurse could refer someone closer to you and he also knows all the specialists because they all contribute to some of the same medical books. Good luck to you.
