Re: Any one keeping a pain journal, please help??For more information on symptoms and treatment of endometriosis visit www.EndometriosisZONE.org. From: M (anonymous@obgyn.net)Sun Jun 10 17:45:00 2007
I have a sheet that my doc gave me with the months listed on the side and all the days listed at the top. I just fill in when I have my period(whether its spotting, exceptionally light, normal or excep heavy). I also write in the square if I'm having pain what the level is. I use the ol 1 to 10 scale. Separately on a different sheet I think I'm going to start keeping track of feeling bloated/fullness and what I'm eating to see if its food induced. I know there are also several other ways of doing a pain journal. Hope this helps!
