How possible is it to find an excision specialist in your area? I would look at that as an option first. They will do it right, and not close you up to go back in again (at least I don't think so-my endo hasn't gotten to that point yet, but if it did-I would be looking for an excision specialist). A lot of your adhesions are probably from the endo scarring, so if the excision specialist can cut out all of your endo-you should have relief, and a better chance of the endo not coming back. No matter what you choose to do I wish you luck. Have a pain free weekend:)
