Re: Adenomyosis Symptoms?

I have a tilted uterus and I definitely have Adeno...it was diagnosed at my last lap by biopsy and ultrasound. It had eaten two large lesions through my uterus and they were deeply invasive. Apart from the focal lesions I also have diffuse Adeno (meaning all over). My symptoms are excrutiatingly painful periods, bloating (so much so I look 6 months preganant), pain after inserting tampon, pain after internal exam and pain after sex. I am also unable to pull anything heavy as it cause a terrible feeling in my belly like my uterus is going to fall out but I'm not sure how much that is to do with Adeno and how much is to do with the fact I had very invasive Endo on my uterine ligament. All in all, because of the terrible mess my uterus is in, I now have constant pain and there has been no relief since my lap apart from a released ovary which made me unable to bend down because it was embedded in my pelvic wall. My only choice now is for a hysterectomy but I am not sure I want to do it. I'm also not sure I can live like this either so I'm contemplating my options right now, which aren't many!
