Hello Ami...well i started noticing certain patterns too! I begain noticing that orange/pineapple juice increased my cramping/pain. So, i asked other woman here too and they said that it could be IC (interstitial cystitis) Alot of endo patients also have IC too. So, maybe you should look into that...the spicy foods, tomatoes are some of the foods that trigger pain when u have IC. Maybe u can read some of the post that have been posted previously. Im still doing research on this myself. Hope this can help a lil! Steph :)
