Hi Melissa,

just chill! I know its easier said than done , but .... Well , i have just moved too , getting my family settled in ,my husband and one toddler,2 yrs old. You are lucky you are able to work , I have had to quit work , coz just cannot keep taking sick leaves every month! Cannot go out of the house for at least 2 days when I get my periods ( the worse days). I have been struggling to get my whole health situation resovled for the past 7 yrs, out of that 4 spent in tyring to find possible cures to my problems, one yr spent in post delivery depression and related issues and now , since I just moved to another city, I am looking all over again for schools etc for my son to keep him busy! Otherwsie he just gets cranky and sometimes I just dont know what to do! I have been to so many docs and psychiatrists and have been "diagnosed" with depression, dealing with bad periods ...just the list is endless!! Just when you think you cant take it anymore .... I am glad I came across this site and joined this forum! Its has helped me tremendously!

See if some soothing music and deep relaxation helps you, just close your eyes and listen to your favourite soft music, this works for me many times

Hoping you will feel better soon... cheer up!You are not alone
