Hey Angie, I too sometimes have the rapid heart beat and chest pain and other symptoms. I started having this happen yrs back and I think this was due to a lot of stress I was under financially and work related. Now recently I have had a few problems as you mention. I just try to stay calm and take it easy till it stops. I'm only 26 and have had my heart checked several times before. Don't make it will make it worse. Hope this helps and you feel better soon.
