Hello...i have the same problem but only when im on my period! The pain in my legs make my legs tingle and feel numb! So, i try to avoid long walks, even grocery shopping when im on my period because walking around for 45 mins, can make me suffer all nigth long! Sorry if i want much of a help, but i know what u are talking about! Steph :)
