I am not exactly sure abt how much this will help you, but I too used to suffer from panic attacks and sweating. My response to a panic attack was extreme sweating at the thought of doing regular activity like giving my son a bath or getting ready to go out!!

I was on anti-depressants,tranquilisers and sleep aid for some time. I also always carried a "emergency pill" for sudden panic, but fortunately never needed that!

Now I am much better and experience anxiety and panic less frequently. Please do read about meditaion and deep breating to keep your anxiety levels under chk.It helped me.

Hope this helps you in some way.I know what its like to think you r freaking out and not able to take charge of ur anxiety and panic!
