I don't get the bleeding part. Were you on your period? If you had a
ruptured ovarian cyst the blood would not come out of your vagina. I
would think something was going on in your uterus, could it have been a
miscarriage? I don't know how long after a miscarriage the pregnancy
test would show that there was a pregnancy.
