Hi,

You can take control of your exces stress situation.Have you tried yoga and meditation? my family member , a regualr high BP patient , has been religously doing deep breathing exercises and meditation and her BP levels and stress levels have come down , to the extent that she can now do without BP medication on a daily basis.See if this helps you, find a good yoga instructor and once u get it,you can do it at home.Wont take more than 20 mins per day!

They all say that deep breathing and meditation is the key.

Good luck
