Advil, or Ibuprofen is actually better for PMS pain because it is also an anit-inflamatory. My doc says it's ok to take a couple advil with my vicodin or even lortab. Like a half a vicodin and 2 advil. If you take 8 or more Midols or Tylenol a day that can be toxic for your liver. Midol only says it's for cramps because of the diurtic in it. It helps get rid of bloating, but you're better off taking an herbal diuretic (like Natrol water pills) and 3 or 4 advil at a time. I'm not a doc, but I've suffered through cramps and endometriosis for 20 years and have tried everything, so give it a try and GOOD LUCK! :)
