I don't have experience with the fiber laser surgery, which may destroy uterine tissues including adenomyosis, but which also may destroy your fertility. Waiting for menopause with a lot of pain, given that the average age of menopause in the US is 51 and you are under 30, seems like a long time. Danazol has a lot of androgenic side effects and lupron may be a better choice (has its own set of side effects). Hysterectomy also will remove your fertility but is the usual treatment for adenomyosis if it is interfering with your activities of daily living to the point where treatment is required.

Unfortunately, there don't seem to be many good treatment options to choose from. I wish you luck.
