There are some case reports of pain relief from adenomyosis with lupron, but lupron often has side effects. Hysterectomy is the usual treatment, but then you will no longer be fertile (cannot have babies). Adenomyosis does not have many treatment options that have been shown to be helpful, unfortunately!
