Hopefully you had an experienced endometriosis surgeon do the surgery, and if so, then you should call him/her to evaluate you now since you are in so much pain. That surgeon will have the best idea of what went on during surgery and what may be causing the pain. If you don't get any answers there, then you should consider a 2nd opinion.
