I too suffer from adenomyosis, as well as endo. I have finally
scheduled a hysterectomy for the early fall to have my uterus removed
(will keep my ovaries). I have been told it is the only real treatment
for adenomyosis. I did try an ablation last may. I admit it did help
with the heavy bleeding but I still have a great deal of lower back
pain. I have decided since I will not be having any more children to
have the uterus removed to take care of the adeno. That leaves me with
just the endo to tackle! Good luck.
