Re: has anyone had uterine ablation to stop periods? From: ada (anonymous@obgyn.net)Fri May 18 20:44:23 2007
I had an uterine ablation last May when I had a lap. My doc made it quite clear it is not a solution for pain. However, if you are having out of control bleeding it can help with that. It did help me with not as several cramping during that time of the cycle but I still have my endo pain throughout the month. Additionally, I have just recently starting having some bleeding again. They think that it is because of having adenomyosis. However, all in all I am glad that I had it. t Thu, 17 May 2007, andrea wrote: > >I have seen several doctors in the last few months and they all say even >if I have laparscopy, the endo will most likely return, if I do not stop >my periods afterwards.
