When I had my son, I did breastfeed for 2 years, it has been 6 months, and last night it felt like I was letting down. My right breast is sore/tender and had some yellowish discharge. My periods have been increasingly painful, and there is a tugging-shooting like pain from my lower left abdomin that radiates to the lower back. Does anyone think it may all be related?
