Looking for the next option...

I'm not really new to the forum...I pop up about once every year as my struggle with endo gets better then reoccurs. I was diagnosed with endo at 18 through a lap. Following that, I did 6 months of Lupron, then CBC. I'm now 23. Last August I started a second round of 6 months of Lupron. I did really well, and started on another round of CBC until about a month ago. My normal level of pelvic pain increased dramatically (like most endo sufferers, I have a constantly *there* pain that is manageable, and oftentimes even ignorable). I started to have recurring diarrhea and nausea. In spite of the constant birth control, I started a period that lasted about 18 days, VERY heavy--1 super plus tampon and pad every hour. My doctor had me stop the BC, take 800mg of ibuprofen every 6-8 hours for four days, then start taking two BC pills at a time for four days. Eventually the bleeding stopped, though the pain is still more than usual. She had me go in for a transvaginal ultrasound today, which seems to have been a big waste. Besides being very painful, she couldn't even see my left ovary, and said she didn't see any cysts or anything.

This is a different doctor than the doctor who diagnosed my endo five years ago (I moved to another city), and I feel like she's running out of things to tell me, and ways to manage my pain. She prescribed anaprox for my pain, which did nothing to even help. In the end, I used an old vicoden prescription to even be able to sleep. I am best and closest to pain-free when I am getting the lupron injections, but I don't think I can take that anymore, since I've done it twice. Are there any other options? My doctor seems too busy to even talk to me about what else I can do, and I'm afraid she just doesn't have any suggestions and I'm stuck with the heavy bleeding and cramping periodically.
