After D & C, when should I ovulate? Reply: Blondiebnc: "Re: After D & C, when should I ovulate?" I had a Laproscopy with laser, Hysterscopy, D & C and Chromotubation 10 days ago, related to stage 2 endometriosis. My dr said that this cycle should be "pretty wacky" but I have been having ovulation pains lately and I do not know if that is right. I had my D & C on cycle day 5 so does that mean that since my lining was gotten rid of in the procedure, that I start over on day 1?
