I just had surgery with Dr. Nezhat last week and everything went great,
they did everything they set out to do and there were no complications.
I was diagnosed with st 4 endo and I had two adnexal masses (ovarian
masses) one was a dermoid cyst and the other was an endometrioma, I also
had extensive adhesions that stuck my rectum, bowel and uterus together.
they were able to fix all of that and remove both masses without losing
too much ovarian tissue.
an adnexal mass just means that there is a mass on your ovary. It could
be an endometrioma or some kind of cyst.
hope this helps:)
