Re: Class Action Lawsuit Dr. Daiter

I realize that many women have side effects and sometimes complications
from lupron and other medications. Unfortunately, sometimes potential
side effects may not be fully discussed or presented in the relevant
literature.
My only point in the post was with the term "class action" lawsuit,
since class action suits only involve cases that involve really big
numbers of people. Wikipedia says:
"In law, the class action is a procedural device used in litigation to
determine the rights of and remedies, if any, for large numbers of
people whose cases involve common questions of law and fact."
I really don't know much about law in general, so my point was likely
off center and possibly weak. Sorry for any confusion on my part.
There was no hidden message that I was afraid to state...
