Unfortunately it sounds pretty likely, considering that Endo is a progressive disease. I too have noticed a worsening of my symtoms over the last year, and particularly over the past few months. I'm having my second lap in 8 days time and fully expect to hear all about the spread. Wish you luck. Best to get it checked out.
