Hi,

I've had two surgeries and the trapped gas pain was much worse the first time. I think what made a huge difference for me was that I moved around a lot after the second surgery and the gas pain subsided in a few days. The first time around it lingered for a week or more. There is really nothing that helps with that gas pain. In fact, I would think one of the drug companies would be all over a drug that would relieve that pain because it really is awful.
