Re: BloatingFrom: Debbie (anonymous@obgyn.net)Sat Apr 28 19:26:22 2007
I experience exactly the same thing. I am so tired of feeling bloated all the time that I have cut out all wheat and a lot of carbohydrates. It seems to agree with me because I do feel better. I only eat lean meat, fresh vegetables and fruit. No rice, potatoes, bread, cookies or cake. Oh....and definitely no sugar! It's annoying to not be able to eat what other people eat, but rememger.....extra fat on a woman creates more estrogen which in turn feeds your Endo! Carbs will make a woman fatter than anything else so that's why I've cut them to a minimum.
