Hey Steph. Yes, you're not the only one. I can put a tampon in, but 15 minutes later I have the most horrendous cramps. They literally double me over. I still use them though. I take a bunch of Advil and that makes it bearable but the first day of period is just awful. It must trigger something but I like the convenience of them. I may try to avoid them on the first day to keep the cramps to a minimum.
