Ultracet is a narcotic agonist antagonist so its effects are somewhat unpredictable (your emotional issues and sleepiness may be from this). Ultracet is also generally given for shorter periods of time but I have known it to be used for longterm pain relief in lieu of narcotics (supposed to be safer than them). You should NOT take any narcotics on ultracet. I don't know about lexapro and ultracet - you should ask the doctor who prescribes the lexapro.

Sorry I don't have more information on these specifics.

Best of Luck
