Ultracet is a narcotic agonist antagonist so its effects are somewhat
unpredictable (your emotional issues and sleepiness may be from this).
Ultracet is also generally given for shorter periods of time but I have
known it to be used for longterm pain relief in lieu of narcotics
(supposed to be safer than them). You should NOT take any narcotics on
ultracet. I don't know about lexapro and ultracet - you should ask the
doctor who prescribes the lexapro.
