In reply to: Ami: "how can they tell if the endo is on the bowel" I would suggest a 2nd opinion with an experienced RE who likes to treat endometriosis, to review your three operative reports and plan treatment that might be successful. Often, the bowel and pelvic pains can be resolved in one surgery when the cause is identified and treated.
