I am so sorry! Your post makes me soo angry! I can't beleive they didn't give you anything. There has been so much research showing that when people take painkilles for the right reasons that it isn't addictive.

I would do what the people before me suggested. Maybe your primary will be supportive. Mine helped me out a few times before when I had issues with pain for this.

I am four weeks out from mine. They did alot at my lap and I ended up taking stronger medicines for about a week. I am having my first cycle and it will likely be more painful after your lap (they usually are so don't be too discouraged) and have been having to take stronger painkillers again.

I have a good chance of getting into medschool this year; these stories and my own are going to make is so I don't dismiss the pain people are experiencing. At least endo will keep this perspective strong!
